As you know, this summer we were in America on a research trip, seeing kennelling facilities and meeting with architects as we try to secure a future for our own business by hopefully building a new facility here in Dubai.
We thought it would please you to know that after driving almost 18,000km across the U.S., passing through 30 of the states and seeing more than 50 facilities, including some very good ones, we STILL think that your facility is one of the very best we've ever had the pleasure of seeing in three continents and several countries.
