Dear Danuta, Colin and all the staff at Keringa,
I thought this day would never come when I could sit down with my dogs at my side and write to you to Thank you for taking care of them, It seemed so far away at the time I dropped them off to you for their 6 month stay before heading off to Oz for 4 more weeks quarantine. For anyone making the move with pets if I can give any advice leave them in Keringa for the maximum stay, I doubt if you can get better care anywhere else.
Without my dogs I felt physically weak and I missed them more than words can say, there were more tears shed by me in their 7 months of quarantine than I care to remember. Seeing the photo’s of my two babies frequently updated on the Keringa web site was such a comfort, just to see the superb condition that they were in and how happy they looked made life a lot easier, and that all comes down to you guys! the dedicated staff at Keringa.
From the lovely smiles of the ladies on reception to Colin who is the Funniest kindest dedicated professional person I have met in a long while, Colin you are Superb!!!!
Danuta, Thanks for all the updates on my two munchkins as you called them and the reassurance you gave me during their stay, It was so important for piece of mind, you are such a gentle soul. Everything you dealt with was a 100%, There is not one thing I could complain about. I don't know how you do it!
I have to say as much as I took care of my dogs in the past they arrived in Oz in better condition than they ever did when I had them.
I would like to say a huge Thank You to everyone for your professionalism, high standards, kindness, care and absolute dedication.
