Hi everyone,
At long last I get a moment to e-mail you.
We have settled in well and Dozi is just doing fine. His mommy’s little survivor! I’m so proud of him.
I visit him regularly, and we can only visit during the week, between 13:30 and 14:30, which is a bit of a problem when I go back to work in the New year.
I love the set-up where he is, but I can see that he received more attention at Keringa. They don’t sell cow hooves here, only trotters, and he was not impressed the first time I took him a trotter. He looked at me with this highly disgusted expression “where’s the peanut butter hooves, mom?”. I had to buy new teddy bears, because they did not allow his old ones into Oz. Luckily he did not rip the one bear to pieces, because when I visited him, I could see that he sleeps with the one.
I just want to thank everyone of you for everything while my little boy was at Keringa. You guys were great and so supportive.
To Colin and Gent, a special thanks for always taking my calls and giving so much special attention to Dozi.
I will send photo’s soon!!
Have a blessed Christmas and all the best for 2008!
Take care,
Liezl
