Hi dear Denise...

Arrow arrived safe and sound on Friday afternoon. And thank goodness, it was all a relatively ‘painless’ experience. First went to the SwissPort place and they then gave us documentation to take to US Customs - about a five min drive away. (But all still in Hartsfield, Atlanta Airport…this place is massive!)

The Customs lady was also most friendly and all was done without us having to show the vaccination card anywhere. With the docs from customs we went back to Swissport and got Arrow... And you were right about the water... He was EXTREMELY thirsty! Even after we were home, he still drank a lot...

And Yeh... he’s settling in nicely. Besides the big bark and howl every now and then when he sees one of the cats!

So,... thank you very much Denise and Petwings for all your efforts ! We have been most satisfied with your service throughout... The travel dog box is also better than I thought it would be.
