Dear Lucinda, Colin and all of your staff
I want to thank you all so much for everything you did for Jenny and George. You were so kind and long suffering with regards to all of my many questions. My two dogs are like my children and I could not bear the thought that they would be flying for the first time and I would not be with them.
The move to Bangkok was very stressfull for all of us and moving the dogs was our biggest concern. You were all so wonderful with regards to the planning and making sure that we had all of our documents in place. It really gave us great peace of mind and we just knew that the dogs would be fine. Thank you for making certain that they continued with their respective medications while in your kennels and for keeping them on their prescription diets.
Jenny and George arrived in Thailand as scheduled and were in fine form. After some long ablutions, they were all running around, licking and inspecting their new home. They were not traumatised in any way and had clearly been well looked after.
I do not have enough words with which to thank you all! In particular I would just like to thank Colin, your kennel manager for all of his kindness in listening to all of my instructions and for going to such trouble to make sure that the dogs were ok. Lucinda you were so kind and wonderful, you really have a great team and I would recommend you to anyone having to move animals!
