ComplimentsGood morning to all at Keringa - Petwings! Firstly my apologies for sending this mail so late! Not nearly as quickly as your excellent arrangements and communication was with me! First and foremost we would like to thank you taking such good care of our German shepherd pup Chloe! As expected she arrived a bit confused and flustered in Cape Town after the flight from Durban, however most importantly, she arrived safe and secure in the travel box you supplied! She was full of beans, and just wanted to run around! Regarding the travel box, I was very impressed, and my concerns were unfounded! As this was the first time we had flown a pet anywhere, we were apprehensive about putting her in a "box" on a plane. After she was safe and secure in our car, we went and had a good look at the travel box. It is very well put together, no sharp ends, or anything which could of hurt her during the flight. Thank you for putting so much effort into constructing travel boxes which ensure our pets are kept safe. The arrangements went very well! After a few emails, a couple of faxes and a few calls, she was ready to fly! This happened quicker than we expected, and it caught us all somewhat off guard! Booked in the afternoon, flying next morning! We honestly expected it to take a day or two! The arrangements you all worked hard to put in place went flawlessly! When she was dropped off with the ladies in Durban, they treated her very well! So much so, that Tina from Valcrest, who was keeping her for me in Durban, was very impressed! And as she is a German Shepherd breeder, she is very particular about how the animals are treated! She now has your details and will recommend future buyers of her pups to make use your excellent service! The next time we need to move one of our animal family, we will definitely make use of your service, and we will recommend your company to anyone who needs to move pets, in a safe and comfortable way! Thank you all most sincerely for all your hard work and dedication in moving my pet safely! The communication with Johannesburg was excellent, and the ladies in Durban did a fantastic job of taking care of her, and getting her safely to the airport for her flight home!
