Dear MD

I am sure that you are receiving greatful e-mails on a daily basis, but I also have to send one.

We just want to let you know how increadibly greatful we are to all your staff, especially Collin, Robert and Liza-Marie at your Kempton Park Offices. Words to explain their helpfulness, friendlyness, professionalism and care for the animals fails me. I dont know where you found these wonderful people and were able to make Keringa what it is....congratulations. Within days of my two cats arriving at your quaratine station, they were settled in and all my fears of putting them through this deminished. It really felt like we became part of YOUR family and that everyone there cared as much about each individual animal there like their owners do. All the extra information like the web-page with photos etc is absolutely fantastic.

My cats are leaving SA on 27 January 2010 and I know that they were in the best hands ever. If you guys ever think of opening a station in Oz...pls let me know.
