I would like to thank you and your team for a job superbly done. In this day and age of shoddy service and a general slackness I was amazed and impressed when my dog reached JHB as promised. In fact according to the vet if it had been even a few hours later the dog would not have survived. They operated nearly as soon as she was delivered to the Bryanston Veterinary Hospital and the prognosis for a full recovery is very good.
