A HUGE THANK YOU from me for the safe arrival of my 2 precious 5 month old
puppies from Joburg to Harare.
Your service from Marlene and Karin was exceptional, they answered my 5
million questions - the planning took longer than expected as one of the
puppies got sick and we had to wait for him to get better. The plan was
then changed from one puppy to two!
It took our guy one and a half hours before I received the pups at the
airport. The paperwork was very quick, the only time taken was
offloading the plane! The AGS/Zimra service was also excellent at the airport with
the guys taking an interest in the puppies as my kids were getting more
and more excited by the minute!! I could not believe my eyes when I saw
the size of the boxes - both puppies were happy, just a bit tired!
Anyway, many many thanks - I'll send you a photo soon of both pups, just
havn't downloaded off my camera yet!
Marlene/Karin - you are both stars and your service was over and above
what I expected - you definately 'over delivered'!
